Marck K. Joseph, Esq., BCS., is the founder and owner of The Joseph Firm, P.A., an award-winning South Florida-based practice focusing exclusively on Marital and Family Law. He is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law and is an expert in Marital & Family Law.

His strong passion for justice has resolved hundreds of cases for clients involving divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity (establishment and disestablishment), time-sharing (custody/visitation rights), child support, and domestic violence. Marck Joseph is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law, and is also a Florida Supreme Court-certified family mediator and collaborative law practitioner.

Leadership Positions

Marck is also the former Chair of the Miami Dade Bar Association’s Family Court’s Committee. He also serves on various committees, including the, the Florida Bar Family Law Rules Committee, the Family Law Section’s Executive and Legislation committees, as well as the chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (Miami-Dade County) Grievance Committee.

Additionally, on May 19, 2023, Marck Joseph was honored by his appointment to the Advisory Workgroup on the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, which provides input and recommendations to the Florida Supreme Court in considering changes to the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms.

Community Involvement

In addition to his unwavering dedication to his clients, Marck is steadfast in giving back to his community and Florida families. Marck is an advisory member for KidSide, an organization that serves children and parents in high-conflict family court cases. He has been a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Greater Miami for over a decade and is an active sponsor of both the Boys and Girls Club and The Positive Imprint Club.

Education

Marck received both his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University and FIU College of Law, respectively.
