Traci Atwell is a Florida-licensed attorney dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of marital and family law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022, Ms. Atwell has provided compassionate and effective legal representation in matters such as divorce, alimony, child support, time-sharing, custody, and domestic violence.

Before joining The Joseph Firm, Ms. Atwell honed her advocacy skills as an Assistant State Attorney in the Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Unit at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Her experience as lead counsel in jury trials and her ability to handle high-volume caseloads with diligence and precision have prepared her to serve clients with steadfast determination and legal expertise.

Ms. Atwell’s dedication to the law extends beyond her professional work. During her time at St. Thomas University School of Law, she completed over 500 pro bono hours, earning recognition through the Outstanding Pro Bono and Tax Pro Bono Awards. She also held leadership roles, including serving as Articles Editor for the Journal of Complex Litigation and Treasurer of the Peter R. Palermo Mentorship Program.
